The badge is nice, but I emailed your sales team prob 5 times and no response and the order came from China and took 5 weeks. This is horrible and you wouldn't even answer me. Advertise that it takes 5 weeks and is made and comes from China and your orders go to ZERO! So you "HIDE" those key pieces of info just to get a few sales! Horrible.
At least respond and say something. IG and FB and social media goes a long way and you guys could do a million times better with better customer service and a local USA made product. Word is out that this company is a joke. Could be an easy fix!
